He is an ambitious young man that wants, and expects, a change and an opportunity to try and set himself as a regular first-team participant.
I think that he has done a fantastic job for Castleford at the time that he has experienced, however, hes a strong desire today to kick and progress his career here.
Maher becomes Smith recruit for 2020 much, following the arrivals of Jordan Abdull, Jez Litten, Shaun Kenny-Dowall, Dean Hadley, Ethan Ryan, Harvey Livett, Matty Gee along with Greg Minikin.
Maher said:I had a very good couple of years at Castleford however it was certainly time to proceed and go somewhere that I can reinvent myself.
I am looking to advance under Tonys stewardship. I like the way that Tony goes on his business. Hes about the individual, than simply therugby player, which I enjoy.
